The Grotto Mineral Pool contains beneficial minerals and
trace elements, making it a therapeutic experience. A soak
in our pool is detoxifying, has anti-inflammatory qualities,
is beneficial for the skin and is re-mineralizing to the
body.
Use is not recommended during pregnancy; for guests with high blood pressure; or for guests undergoing chemotherapy or radiation for cancer, as the Mineral Pool may increase the core body temperature, metabolism and heart rate. To avoid over-absorption
of minerals, we recommend a maximum of three 20 minute
soaks within a 24 hour period.
